The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) define the conditions under which the service under the trade name VegStyle operates. Please read these GTC carefully. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept the GTC, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The GTC form an integral part of your contract. Different or conflicting terms are not permitted.

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VegStyle website and services (the “Service”), operated by Dodo reklama s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Nature of the Service

1.1 VegStyle is an online vegetarian dating and community platform intended to help users connect for friendship and romantic relationships, and to participate in groups and forums.

1.2 The core VegStyle service is currently provided completely free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid premium features in the future, but your use of such features will always require your separate, explicit consent.

1.3 We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, date, friendship or any particular outcome from using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to visit and use the VegStyle website and Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2.2 VegStyle is focused on relationships based on a traditional concept of family. The platform is therefore intended exclusively for dating between men and women.

• Do not attack or mock users because of their diet, beliefs or personal choices.

5.2 Honest and appropriate content

• Provide accurate information about yourself; do not impersonate anyone.
• Do not create multiple fake accounts.
• Do not post libellous, hateful, racist, extremist, illegal or otherwise offensive content.

5.3 No pornography or sexual exploitation

• Do not post pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate images or text.
• Do not request or exchange nude photos or other explicit material through the Service.

5.4 No commercial use, spam or advertising

• Do not use VegStyle to promote products, services, links, referral programmes, multi‑level marketing, or any commercial activities without our prior written consent.
• Do not send unsolicited mass messages, spam, “chain letters” or similar content.

5.5 Privacy and data of others

• Do not publish personal data of other users (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc.) without their explicit consent.
• Treat messages and contact details obtained via VegStyle as confidential and do not share them with third parties.

5.6 Technical misuse prohibited

• Do not upload or distribute viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the Service.
• Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from VegStyle without our consent.

5.7 We may review, moderate and remove any content that in our sole discretion violates these Terms, the law or the spirit of the VegStyle community.

6. User Content

6.1 You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post or share on VegStyle (profile information, photos, messages, posts in groups and forums, etc.).

6.2 By posting content on VegStyle, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to store, display and process this content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service, as long as it is part of VegStyle.

6.3 We are not obliged to pre‑screen all content, but we may monitor, edit, block or remove content at any time if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 To use VegStyle, you may be required to provide personal data. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and kept up to date.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

14.3 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
